Some services can be booked instantly, others only on a schedule, the professional decides per service.

• Instant requests are sent to the nearest available professional; if they don't respond within about 2 minutes, the request automatically moves to the next available professional nearby.
• Scheduled bookings are confirmed for a fixed time slot; your professional travels to the address you provided.
• Please make sure the address, buzzer code and parking details are correct before the visit starts.
• Provide a clean, lit workspace with access to a power outlet and running water when the service requires it.

Fees depend on how far along the booking is when you cancel.

• Free cancellation any time before a professional accepts your request.
• Once accepted, a quick cancellation fee of about $5 applies.
• If the professional is already en route, a late cancellation fee equal to a percentage of the service price applies.
• You are never charged if the professional cancels or fails to arrive.

• Once your professional marks Arrived, the first 5 minutes of waiting are free.
• After that, a $1 per minute waiting fee applies while they wait at your door.
• If nobody answers after 15 minutes, the booking is cancelled automatically as a client no-show and the full waiting fee plus the late cancellation fee is charged.

• Prices shown on each provider card are fixed and include travel inside your zone, no surprise surcharges.
• Your card is only charged once the service is marked completed.
• Some professionals require a deposit to confirm certain bookings, e.g. a bridal trial folded into a larger package price. The amount and whether it applies is always shown before you confirm.
• Tips are optional. You can add 10%, 15%, 20% or a custom amount at checkout or after the service.
• Referral credits are applied automatically to your next eligible booking.

• You and your friend each earn $10 in credits once they complete their first booking.
• Up to 5 rewarded referrals per account.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or withdrawn.

• Professionals on the platform pass identity, photo and background verification before appearing in search.
• Harassment, discrimination, intoxication or any unsafe behaviour toward a professional results in immediate account removal.
• Report a quality or safety issue from the booking screen within 48 hours of the service so we can review it.
• Keep all conversation and payment inside the app, off-platform arrangements are not protected.

1. Version 2.2

   Effective September 4, 2026

   Deposits on select bookings.

   • Some professionals can now require a deposit (percentage or flat amount) to confirm a booking, e.g. a bridal trial bundled into a larger price. Always disclosed before you confirm.

2. Version 2.1

   Effective July 1, 2026

   Waiting-time fees, photo verification and clearer commission wording.

   • Added the no-show waiting rule: 5 free minutes after Arrived, then $1 per minute up to an automatic cancellation at 15 minutes.
   • Profile photo verification is now required before a professional appears in search.
   • Commission is stated as 10% for the first 3 months, then 15%.

3. Version 2.0

   Effective April 15, 2026

   New visibility tiers and graduated cancellation fees.

   • Replaced the single Elite badge with the New, Confirmed and Top Provider tiers.
   • Introduced graduated cancellation fees for both clients and professionals.
   • Referral rewards capped at 5 rewarded invitations per account.
